Complimentary Redesign Offer from Arlene!
Many people who haven’t experienced re-design aren’t sure what it’s all about. That’s why we offer a painless (meaning free and fun!) introduction to the process in your own home. We work with students in our training program, and by helping them gain more experience, you get one room re-designed for free!

Here are some answers to questions we commonly get asked. If you have more, please write or call us!

  • How long will the re-design take?
    • Four to six hours

  • Does the student do a re-design plan, or actually re-design the room itself?
    • We start the project with removing everything from the room. The student then helps redesign using the principles and rules they have learned in our training program. They will as a team, and I supervise their progress, making suggestions and changes when helpful.

  • Do you coach the students, or are they on their own?
The students are supervised at all times, but they are expected to give their input in all the decisions that are made regarding the re-design.

  • If the room is redesigned, do I give a budget in advance for any items that might be recommended to be purchased or materials?
    • We try to work with what the homeowner has when we do a home for training purposes. On many occasions we suggest purchases or bring additional products with us. But during training, only greenery will be added.

  • How much say in the re-design process do I have?
    • The homeowner is given a questionnaire that is completed before the re-design day. That’s how we learn how you would like your room. But on re-design day, you’re sent away so you can enjoy the transformation when you return!

  • If I want more rooms done, how do I arrange that?
    • Our complimentary re-design offer is for one room only, however, of course we’re more than happy to talk to you about further re-design services, if you like what you see. Also, we’re very happy to have you recommend the complimentary re-design to your friends and colleagues.
