Organizers
This is what I will do for your presentation – (before,
during and after)
Before the presentation, I will:
- Notify you in advance of my travel itinerary.
- Be able to discuss plans for my presentation.
- Know information regarding what your organization does.
- Know the reason why your audience would want to hear what I have to
say on this topic and plan to accomplish your goals for this presentation
- Know the theme and correspond my presentation to it.
- Always coordinate with other speakers to assure your goals are met.
On-location, I will:
- Notify you when I arrive to your location and contact you immediately
should any delays occur.
- Be accessible to you before and after the presentation.
- Be in the meeting room one hour before, to discuss set-up with your
sound and lighting crew for the optimal benefit to the audience.
- Study your audience and the other speakers to make sure my
presentation is in accordance with them.
- Be dressed appropriate for the occasion
- Provide to my introducer - a brief easy written introduction.
- Be in the room available and visible –even before my introduction
begins.
During my presentation, I will:
- Be energetic and cheerful – at all times.
- Never use any obscene language and visuals.
- Try to interact with the audience by involving them with questions and
exercises as appropriate to the presentation.
- Give the most precise and accurate information.
- Use stories and humor liberally without being too specific regarding
personal information.
- Use appropriate audio/visuals to maximize the impact for my
presentation.
- Never be rude to an audience member.
- Have question and comment period for audience members during the
presentation.
- Summarize my key points and suggestions on how to implement these
points.
- Keep my presentation to relate at all times to your organization and
people.
- To keep my presentation from not being a sales program.
- Approved products only offered on request.
- Adhere to the time limit requested for my presentation.
- Finish my presentation on time so your program can stay on schedule.

After my presentation, I will:
- Remain after the presentation for question and answer period or to
hear comments.
- To itemize my bills to you promptly after the presentation with
written receipts when requested.
- Send a copy of my email newsletter for each audience member as a
follow-up if requested.
- Follow-up ideas regarding my presentation.
- Be sensitive to your organization policies.
- Respond to all phone calls and e-mails within a time period following
the presentation.
- Adhere to the personal and professional code of conduct for speakers.

specializes in Interior Redesign & Professional Organization and
offers design consultation and decorating services with the addition
of real estate redesign...
She also CREATES ‘in and outer spaces,’ providing these services NOT
only for your home but your yard and garden.
She is an active
redesign trainer... believing that good ideas and knowledge should be
shared. Arlene trains homeowners to look differently at their own
space, and helps those interested in becoming an entrepreneur - to
start their own business in redesign and how to move along that path.
